When I order in person, the staff immediately switch to speaking Spanish with me and seem irritated while doing so. It makes me question whether there is a manager supervising the operations, as it doesn’t seem like the manager or owner genuinely care about how the place is being run. If you think you’re doing a good job, I’m afraid you’re mistaken—I would suggest looking into a different career.
The customer service at this KFC is quite disappointing, as the staff seem noticeably unhappy. Furthermore, the restrooms are not accessible to customers, which is concerning. Overall, this location does not represent the KFC brand in a positive light.
The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the food is consistently served warm and tasty. They truly deserve higher wages for their remarkable customer service and the respect they show to each guest.
Every time I visit during this period, there’s usually very little available. I waited 15 minutes for a mac and cheese bowl, only to be told they had sold out for the night. I’m quite disappointed. Réservez une table maintenant
