KFC - Réserver une table

A little puzzled at the negative reviews. We have been to the KFC in Okotoks a few times now and every visit has been a positive one. The chicken, while somewhat greasy (we dab all fried chicken with serviettes), is always cooked perfectly, the fries are generous and done well and the coleslaw is good. The service is always friendly & efficient and they happily honor our special requests. In addition, we always find the restaurant to be clean. We will continue to give this restaurant our business.

Haven't had KFC for a long time but needed quick dinner tonight. In drive thru tried to order "Chicken Feast meal" which was to include sides, gravy etc...the server on drive thru had no idea what I was talking about even when I explained the order board to her. Did not get what I wanted opted for 12 pieces of chicken fries an a gravy. Fries were not good. By the time we got home they were tough and cold...Chicken was cooked well. Will be a long while before I drive thru for chicken again...

All the food there is always greasy. How often is the grease changed?I be worked in food services for twelve years.It seems to us that we get very bad indigestion when we eat there.

it was tasty but very oily .I think they need to change the oil often and filter the oil everyday to maintain the standard.this was the last kfc meal in okotoks .
