Every time I dine here, I find myself waiting around 10 minutes for my food, only for it to arrive cold, especially the chicken. On my most recent visit, we waited for 20 minutes, only to be informed that there was no gravy available, and then we received cold popcorn chicken. Other customers who arrived after us had to wait half an hour, believing they would get gravy with their meal, only to discover there was none when their food finally came. It’s evident that there is a lack of communication among the staff, and they don’t seem to care about the customers' concerns.
I placed an online order for pickup in 30 minutes, but when I arrived at the restaurant, they took their time printing my order and added it to the queue. As a result, I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for my food. To make matters worse, the manager was rather rude and forgot to include the dipping sauce, which was clearly listed on the receipt. I wouldn't recommend ordering online; it's a waste of time.
At 6:30 PM, I discovered that there was no white meat available, and I was informed it would take 20 minutes to get more. However, they still couldn't fulfill my order because all the white chicken was already reserved. I will NEVER return to this location again, especially since my previous visit was also disappointing; they had NO chicken available, only sandwiches and popcorn chicken!
When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. The corn was practically swimming in butter, and I received just one chicken tender along with some soggy microwave fries. They didn’t even include a fork or any dipping sauce. I ended up throwing most of it in the trash. Save yourself the trouble and just head across the street to Mary Brown's—at least their food is hot.

I arrived just after 10 PM on August 10th, and to my surprise, there was NO CHICKEN available! They close at 11 PM, but we would have to wait around 25-30 minutes for more. What's the point of staying open until 11 PM if there’s no chicken after 10? This is very poor service!
This restaurant is absolutely disappointing. The last time I visited, I got sick afterward. The chicken was terrible, and the corn looked unappealing. I would never recommend this place. The service was lacking, and the staff were quite unpleasant to deal with.
During my visit to the restaurant, I had a problem with the store manager. They communicated with me in a different language and were unwilling to fulfill my order as I had requested. In the end, I decided to ask for a refund for my purchase before leaving.
We waited for 20 minutes without anyone coming to serve us since 2:20 PM. It appeared that drive-thru orders were prioritized, and the kitchen staff seemed overwhelmed. It might be a good idea to have more staff on hand during busy periods.

I ordered from the drive-thru, but it appeared that the speaker and microphone were not working properly and could use some maintenance.
This restaurant is well-organized and the staff is very courteous. They provide excellent service.
