I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant recently, and I don’t plan on going back. During my last visit, I was served small pieces of overcooked chicken. To add to my frustration, they didn’t refund me the full amount I was supposed to receive. As if that wasn’t enough, they forgot to provide me with a fork while I was waiting for the shorted refund. They also handed me a spoon that had already been opened. Overall, I left feeling very dissatisfied with my experience.
The seating options have noticeably decreased since the remodeling, resulting in an uninviting atmosphere. Although the food continues to be consistently delicious, they often update the menu and remove some popular dishes. The electronic menu boards are challenging to read and navigate, which can be frustrating and might deter customers from coming back. Furthermore, the drink selection is rather limited.
When I arrived just before closing time, they had run out of the nuggets I had ordered. However, they graciously offered me 6 chicken tenders along with my choice of mashed potatoes. I truly appreciated how they managed the situation.
The sandwich was rather disappointing, consisting solely of chicken and bread without any pickles or additional toppings. I felt like I wasted my money on this. There's definitely room for improvement. Réservez une table maintenant
As long as the chicken has not been sitting in the warmer for hours it's delicious. I have had 1 or 2 experiences with a chicken was hard and dried out on the extra crispy
I had a disappointing experience with the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The chicken was really dry, and the bun was covered in burnt bits from the grill.
The coleslaw was dry and bland, while the nuggets were decent, although they were quite small pieces.
The service was prompt, the food was served hot and tasty, and the staff members were very friendly. Réservez une table maintenant
Never too crowded here sometimes it's empty but food is always fresh
