Every time we’ve ordered from this store in the late afternoon, I have the impression that the chicken has been sitting warm since lunchtime—it’s often dried out and unappetizing. Be mindful of the portions as well; sometimes there are more wings and rib cages than actual meat. In my opinion, it's worth it for locals to drive to the Mermaid Beach franchise, where I’ve consistently enjoyed chicken that tastes freshly cooked and moist.
I requested to have the drink in my 3 Piece Combo swapped for regular chips, but to my surprise, it wasn't included. I ended up calling to ask for a voucher, but instead, I received a credit refund. Haha, thanks, everyone!
