KFC - Réservation de table

Absolutely filthy and disgusting place… I decided to grab some kfc since I had not tried it for a while and I was shocked after I walked into this store… I ended up ordering a plant based combo and firstly their fries tasted old and over seasoned salt and some other flavouring that I couldn’t identify however it tasted horrible and then the burger tasted over cooked and very old could tell it was horrible but the worst thing is that their drinks don’t even taste like the brands and they taste horrible old and greasy, I couldn’t even finish my food coz of how bad it was.. luckily I had the receipt and I ended up taking the food back to them and after causing a scene they decided to give me a...

The KFC location in this particular plaza is difficult to find, as the orientation of the plaza makes it hard for drivers to locate. The franchise appears old and the interior is not welcoming or well-maintained, overall giving off a sketchy vibe. During my visit, I had to wait at the cash register for 20 minutes, calling out for service before an employee who was cleaning finally noticed me. Instead of assisting me himself, he directed two other employees who had been on their phones behind the kitchen wall the entire time. The chicken I ordered was undercooked, the fries were soggy, and the gravy tasted watered down. I will be choosing Popeyes next time.

Forgot our two salads, they were out of chicken so we could not get a full bucket. What we did get was greasy, small, all dark except one piece and fries were cardboardy and greasy. Cashier was nice and gravy tasted like it should. Won't be going back to this location.

Stale food!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wouldn't come here if I am even paid to. Chicken was clearly pre-made and probably just sitting there for hours. It's just not me, please check all other reviews, they all are true. Their HVAC is broke too. Réservez une table maintenant

No chicken ready, and I had to wait 20 minutes. That 20 minutes turned into closer to 40 min. It was 6 pm on a Tuesday. More orders followed me and they all were also told they had to wait 20 min. For chicken.....at KFC.... ?!

Food looks and taste refried. Picture does not do justice. I even tried giving it away. Exact quote. Tastes like a dirty deep fryer that has not been cleaned in a month All 8 pieces were like the picture.

What a DUMP! The City of Ottawa will pass a health inspection in an horses stall! Same as this place. Look at the failed health inspections! The City won't shut it down, WHY?

Went to this location here and they sold me alittle burger for the price of a big one and worse still they didn't cook it all the way. I'm still mad to this day

This restaurant is terrible. We paid $16 for two drumsticks, one of which looked partially eaten, two wings, and soggy fries. This franchise is disgusting.
