I just got reminded why I don't venture into kfc in conception Bay South. The food was bland (had the crunch burger, lettuce was rubberyand barely any sauce), wait time is way to long (three drive-through orders before my instore order was taken), the portion size way to small for the cost and was cold when I arrived home with it. (5 min drive)Also I noticed the worker preparing the meal without the proper ppe.....no gloves. All in all.....bad experience, restaurant is gone down hill and I'm thinking along time before I venture back there.
The drink machine had some issues, and they asked me to taste test their beverage to determine if it tasted right, but they couldn't explain what was wrong with it. In the end, they told me they couldn't provide me with a drink (which I had already paid for as part of my combo) or offer me a bottled soda without charging an extra $2.50. What a rip-off! The service was terrible.
I’m not one to complain so it has to be a bad experience for me to write this. I went to driveway and ordered an all white 3 piece. Gravy. I got home, no white meat the gravy was half full. Literally half full. I’m not a big eater but I’m sure the pieces of chicken was from a Cornish hen. The smallest thigh drum stick and wing I’ve ever seen.
They close at 10pm but at 8:45 the drive through was closed. Went inside to order and they had the friers turned off already. No sandwiches or tenders. And if fryers are off that means the chicken you buy at 9:40 is going to be sitting there for over an hour. This is my second time experiencing this at CBS Kfc. Won't be going back.

WARNING: I paid $28 for a Poutine and two small servings of Popcorn Chicken. Unbelievable! When I got home, I discovered the Poutine was on its side, spilling over the Popcorn Chicken in the bag. There were no utensils or napkins included. I will never return.
I would advise against visiting this branch! The chicken was greasy, small, and dry. I ordered a sandwich and waited for 15 minutes, only to discover at home that my fries, corn, and popcorn were all missing. I won't be returning.
I recently started liking KFC and last night we had it for supper and it was so greasy that the grease ran in the bucket. Also, the salads are terrible. Please make it better again.
One of the worst KFC's I have ever been! The food lacked taste, gravy like water, super slow service, and not the cleanest of stores!
