We asked for 1 number 8 and 2 extra sides of mash potatoes and coleslaw, we clearly saw the cashier adding the 4 sides but when we got the food 2 sides were missing. When we asked for what we ordered, a manager name Luis came out and in a very rude manner said it was what we asked for, no giving any option to us or even apologized for the mistake. We are not coming back ever, even though we were the only three customers in the place in a Saturday afternoon, they couldn’t managed to handle the situation. We couldn’t even talk to a manager, you wonder why? Because we were told he is the manager! Very disappointed experience.
I specifically asked the girl for mashed potatoes, but she gave me fries instead. Normally, I wouldn't mind, but I was really craving the mashed potatoes, which is why I went there in the first place... So that frustrated me. To make matters worse, my chicken nugget was disappointing, and they forgot my sauce even after I mentioned it at the window. Come on, guys, it's not too much to ask for better service!
I was served a sandwich with the oldest, toughest, thinnest piece of chicken I've ever encountered. The dining area was cold, with no heating despite the temperature being 25 degrees outside. When I asked for a replacement, it took three times longer than expected. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
I went through the drive-thru and heard them tell the car in front of us that it would take about 13 minutes to get their order. When it was our turn, they estimated 20 minutes, but it ended up taking 30 minutes. The mac and cheese was disappointing, and the coleslaw was also not great.

The KFC in the burbs are built differently than the city. Same energy but portion wise, this place is about that size. Excellent staff too. Chicken Littles for life! Their wraps when available are worth stopping for every time.

This restaurant has to 2 drive- thru menu with different prices for months. You think you paying for one price but you pay for a higher price. Please update your menu.
Whoever was working at 4:00 pm on November 13th 2023 at the drive thru window/speaker is a g and the reason my boyfriend and I will always come

From a kfc fan this location is worth it chicken fresh and juicy ? I have gone to others in the area but this place is more consistent ?
This KFC is the best location around the area. Always fast and accurate, great service!
