I gave 2 star based on inconsistent portions served. For example I visited there Wednesday December 6th. I ordered a simple Famous bowl meal which consist of a simple mashed potatoes, corn and chicken piece. Me being a frequent flyer since it's on my way to work I was pretty upset when I received my meal and the bowl was a quarter of the way filled with all ingredients in total. Whomever made my meal gave me the equivalent to 3 tablespoons of mashed potatoes, and topped it off with the rest of ingredients corn and chicken. Ridiculously slow service. No counter person working. As a customer I waasn't even acknowledged for the first 5min waiting at the counter. Then the order (which said was ready for pickup) took another 15 while chicken was cooked.The staff all concentrated on the drive thru instead of the 6 people waiting at the counter.How do you run out of chicken at a chicken restaurant at 5pm? Did anyone prep before dinner service? Place is a joke. Much better off going someplace else and where else.Popeyes, Churches, Royal Farms is even better and soon Raising Cane's!
There’s nothing fast about this “fast food”. Placed a mobile order to be ready at the time I was going to be arriving and went in to get it and had to wait 30 minutes for my food. Are you kidding me? This is absolutely ridiculous. If I didn’t pay for it already I would have canceled the order. Nothing should take 30 minutes. How hard is it to fry up chicken. 3 different people asked me who I’m picking up for. Get it together people it’s not that hard to make chicken in a timely manner. Never coming back!!
Have been there approximately 8 times, horrible service, orders not right. They had a human being at the window whose social acceptance was more important than your order. We purchased today had to wait the manager tries really hard to please, but the grease needed to be changed, I got sick and threw out the remaining items....I now know why the lines are so long at Chick-fil-A. Won 't be going back!!! Réservez une table maintenant
