I visited this restaurant last weekend and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience. After taking my first bite, I discovered something strange in my food. When I peeled back the batter, words can't express how unsettling it was. I was really grossed out, so my husband took it back to the counter for me. The staff member there was fantastic and immediately offered to replace it. However, after that incident, I think I need to take a break from chicken burgers for a while, haha! I ordered a three-piece dinner without legs and no coleslaw. When I sat down and opened the box, I found only two pieces of chicken. I went back to the counter to let them know, and when I returned to sit down, I discovered that I had been given chicken legs, even though I specifically requested not to have them. I went back and explained the situation again, and they asked if I wanted another piece of chicken. I said no; I just wanted my money back. The employee didn't seem pleased with my request, and overall, I did not receive good service at all.
