Kfc - Réserver une table

Manager “Melissa” hung up on my fiancé when we called. Got home (25 minute drive) and the famous bowl that was ordered literally only had mashed potatoes and corn… umm missing the chicken and cheese? Then I stirred it around because maybe the chicken and cheese was hiding, nope but a fly was. This was beyond irritating and disgusting as it was 9 p.m. It was even more frustrating when the manager hung up on us for requesting a refund, after we said that the 25 minute drive was not feasible. Thanks for ruining my dinner. I am disturbed and grossed out. If you’re looking for horrible customer service this KFC location is perfect for you, you’ll leave with protein… not chicken.. but bugs. The chicken was way over cooked it wasn't fresh the potatoes were cold and the biscuits were hard as a rock,service sucked,probably won't be back,it's so expensive here and then have all this wrong it should of been FREE!!!!!!

Bought a 4pc. Original receipt all white meat with mash and gravy...they didn't have a working drink machine. Got 3 Original and an extra crisp. No biscuit but lots of honey and
