Waited 20 minutes for 3 meals. 2 out of 3 meals were stone cold, one meal had wrong side and all drinks were disgusting (turns out syrup needed replacing). There were only 5 customers in the store and we all waited in excess of 20 minutes for food, it appeared that deliveroo orders were prioritised. Had it been exceptionally busy I would have been a bit more understanding. This was a family treat prior to a cinema visit, I may as well have thrown the money down the drain. The long wait for the food also made us late for the film!!!! Avoid at all costs!
KFC YOU NEVER DELIVERED THIS FIRST ORDER THIS IS THEFT. I HAD TO PLACE A DUPLICATE ORDER BECAUSE YOU MEVER SENT MY FOOD. WHY DID TEH APP CONFIRM DELIVERY AND THE FOOD MEVER DELIVEEED TO ME. I AM A CARER AND I DONT EARN MUCH I WANTED TO TREAT MYSELF JUST THIS ONCE AND YOU GUYS STOLE FROM ME. REFUND ME MY 21.47 POUNDS. ITS EITHER YHE FIRST DRIVER ATE MY FOOD OR YOU GUYS LIED AND CONFIRMED DELIVERY TO STEAL FROM ME. REFUND ME MY MONE
I don't understand why it's always so slow, even when I order on the app and check kn when I'm walking from the car park. I'm always standing there 15+ miniutes. And the chicken isn't the best personally. You can tell they only do 1 coating some days so it's not as crispy or flavoured as sudbury KFC or the M1 service stations lol.
Delivery time changed at lesst 3 4 times. took over an hour in total I believe. Even the delivery driver commented on how slow the service had been and apologised, informing us he had been waiting there for over half an hour. when the order finally arrived half of it was cold and had to be reheated.

Might give up on this place. It so depends on what team are on. Once again they got the order wrong. Got home, and no chips ! I mean how hard is it? Luckily I ordered rice too so the kids had that and I had a few bits of chicken and some beans. Rubbish.
Poor food quality, very small portions of chicken, dry, not nice, would have been nice to get a full portion of fries but again, Portion was small/incomplete. The can of Pepsi was ok though
Really annoyed that it took so long and the delivery time kept being pushed back. Wouldn't have ordered if it said how long it would take.
Every time I've ordered from KFC there is always items missing. Quality is poor too.
