I went to purchase a drive through meal at this outlet but when the bottle of pop was offered to me I told the young lady I had ordered Pepsi not Pepsi max, the young lady asked the manager if she could change it, to which the manager said, 'no the order has gone through '. I said to the girl I did not want the Pepsi max as I do not drink it the manager then said, 'you will have to pay an extra 30p for the sugar tax if you want to change it, ' to which I replied that would be fine but when I tried to pay with my card she shouted at me that they did not take money at that window so I asked for a refund. We came to kfc to order desert. We ordered 5 ice cream sundaes at the self service station and waited patiently for them at the counter. Three members of staff were complaining right in front of the counter , moaning that they don’t get enough breaks, laughing and totally oblivious to customers waiting. We noticed the one member of staff making our ice creams with minimal effort or attention to detail and moaned shoving them in a holder that was clearly too small. No hello , no recognition , no customer service. She then looked as us as if we were ruining her social life and said “I guess these are for you”. Clearly this place has problems, based on the reviews, but when I dropped in yesterday 15th May, around 4pm I was greeted by a lovely lady, efficiently served and the food was piping hot and excellent. Still think KFC fries with skin on are utterly vile, but the chicken was lovely. Lady was desperate for me to complete the on line survey but I dont do that sort of rubbish. No idea where this culture comes from when we are expected to complete a survey every time we buy anything. Il tell you if you get it wrong rest assured!
On June 20th at 8:20, the staff at this restaurant were extremely rude. Despite my order being ready, they made me wait for 5 minutes before serving it to me. After I finished my meal, the waiter came back 5 minutes later and asked what my order was. The restaurant was quiet, but none of the other staff seemed to care either. Customers pay for their meals, so why is the service so poor and rude? I hope the manager checks the cameras to see how badly the staff is behaving.

Our experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Half of our order was missing and the staff seemed more focused on chatting than serving us. Unfortunately, we were not offered a refund, so we were left with the choice of either losing £31.99 or driving 30 minutes back another day to redeem a code for a repeat of our meal, which wasn't a desirable option. We suggest going somewhere else to avoid wasting your time and money.
Just had a KFC clews road Redditch. It was absolutely disgusting, had a really strange awful taste.its all ended up in the bin . Spoke to the manager who couldn't be bothered or even interested ,but after me saying to him it tasted like it was cooked in old oil,he was quick to say they change the oil once a week !!!!!!!!
I visited this restaurant on Sunday after a family outing and they were very busy. Despite being short-staffed, the workers were working very hard to serve everyone. The lady at the pay window was kind and polite. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you for your hard work and for the great meal.
Ordered two chicken burger meals and the chicken was like rubber, texture was like the chicken was raw. So couldn’t eat it. Disappointing.
