Alli (I think is her name) should be fired. The way she talked with her coworkers was embarrassing I felt extremely sad for the employees getting slandered. If it were me working, I would have walked out. No one should be talked to the way she talked to her coworkers. She verbally belittled Reagan when he was simply trying to assist customers and be the best help he could be during the busy dinner rush because no one else was assisting the lobby customers. Reagan should be promoted.
Absolutely terrible service, everyone who works there doesn’t know what they’re doing nor do they care. Every time I go I have to end up waiting for 30 minutes when I order online even when it says it’ll be ready in 5 minutes. Today I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me and I was the only person inside. Pathetic. Hire people that actually have work ethic or know what they’re doing.
Corporate needs to come close this location it is definitely not profitable because of the lack of customer service and experience that the staff display. It is rare to have a good experience due to they continuously hire rude inexperience employees. Give it a shot once a year never got better. I’ll gladly drive to Gladstone instead.
This was the worst chicken I have ever had! They sure didn’t cook it right. There was hardly any crust and it was dark brown. The fries were cold and just terrible! The store is filthy. Trash on the floor and dirty tables. What a disgrace. This was on November 15th. They ruined Colonel Sanders recipe. Réservez une table maintenant
Very good experience… Go often place for me.. Most of time it's a lady here… Ally is running around hard bc of less staff untill lately I notice some other boys as well.... She is super nice professional.... Keep the good work..
Kayla is a phenomenal manager and is who served me today. Food was fresh! Clean store. Amazingly friendly service. I’m glad I chose to dine at KFC over McDonald’s across the street. I’ll definitely be back!
This location is far better than ours, we drive 40 minutes to get chicken here, instead of in Cameron. The chicken has always been fresh, and the employees are always very courteous and helpful.
