I don’t normally write reviews but after several visits to this place, at different times of the day and different days of the week it is clear that a bad experience isn’t restricted to a ‘certain’ time of the week. It is without the worst...branch of KFC i have ever been too. The staff are beyond incompetent, as literally not an ounce of drive between them. The ‘restaurant’ itself is absolutely stinking and I don’t know how they get away with it as far as EHO is concerned. The service is slow, none of the staff seem to communicate with each other. They just stand around with their mouths open looking vacant. I have used the drive through to avoid this on every occasion except one I have had...
I went to KFC in Antrim with my grandkids on Friday and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. The tables were dirty, the toilets were filthy, the bins were overflowing, and the floor was sticky. The staff seemed disorganized and were not doing much work, instead shouting at each other and using inappropriate language. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, she came out and used offensive language to refer to her workers before walking away while I was still talking to her. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially during a time when hygiene is crucial. KFC Antrim, please clean up your act.
I placed an Uber Eats order from KFC Antrim and they forgot to include my fillet burger. I tried calling them but they wouldn't answer, instead saying it was Uber's fault. Uber just delivers the food, they don't make it. They were rude and told me to go away. When I called Uber, I was connected to a voicemail in California with no help. It's understandable to make mistakes, but blaming the delivery service and being dismissive is not acceptable. KFC is a franchise, so I won't be using this location again. Not all KFCs are as incompetent as this one.
Been here a few times and everytime your guaranteed slow service with unfriendly and ill mannered staff that don't want yo be there . The building always has dirty tables and floors inside. To be honest this place is crawling with bacteria. Now the food...always cold every piece of it when u finally receive it. I bring it back to up to get a hot one made so more waiting to receive another again cold soggy food.. This place needs closed down. Don't waste your money here
