Ordered click and collect, and as per usual items missing from the order, sides incorrect. Sorted out in store what we noticed( was lunch order with 9 meals), however once we got home found other errors in the order but by this point wasn't driving back. Store really needs to get this sorted as it been ongoing issue for several years but we stick with it as it's our local takeaway.
STEER WELL CLEAR. Spent £30, waited over an hour for my delivery, got cold food, half the order was missing and what they sent was wrong. They promised to send the missing food but didn’t then just didn’t pick up the phone. I’d give them 0 stars if there was an option.
Food is always spot on at this KFC the only thing is it is usual for something to be missing when we get home! Lesson learnt many a time and we now always check it before we leave! Apart from that great food here!
To be this bad is a different type of skill, management need to be sent back to infant school to learn the basics, almost funny how absolutely, ridiculous the service is. Imbarising at the highest level Réservez une table maintenant
Ordered with KFC Online delivered by Deliveroo. The order came with only 1 portion of chips when there should have been 3. It would be a shock if they got the order right. Always get short changed.
The restaurant offers good value for money, but there was a slight disappointment when our order had to be substituted due to equipment failure.
This is for Perry street branch by a mile the worst kfc on earth burnt chicken old oil smelly chips and skin in gravy absolutely the very worst
