At KFC, the young man at the counter was noticeably rude and seemed more interested in texting on his phone than taking orders. When we requested butter and honey, he brusquely said, "We don’t have butter," and handed us several sticky honey packets instead. The dining area, including tables and floors, was dirty, with trash scattered on chairs and tables. The employee appeared more concerned with working over the weekend and his phone than offering good service. He treated the next customers poorly as well, as if serving anyone was an inconvenience. Additionally, the bathroom was unclean. Overall, the experience made us question the quality of both the service and the menu at KFC.
I've ordered from this KFC location three times since I work across the street. I arrived at the store at 8:56 PM to order my two 12-piece dark meat meals, only to be informed that they only had thighs available. I asked how long it would take to cook more legs, and she told me they wouldn't be cooking any more chicken for the night. I had to leave without my order because my kids only eat legs. I really wish she had communicated that a bit more politely!
The restaurant itself is well maintained with a nice decor inside. No dining in but walk ins and drive thru at the moment. Took awhile before someone came to take my order and when they finally did, she put ice in my drink when I asked for none. Waited another 5 minutes to get the correct drink. 15 minutes later, I got my order and when I left, realized I got a wrong drink. Service was not good that is why I gave a 3 star but the food was.
I'm officially finished with KFC. I had a coupon I wanted to use, but when I tried, the staff informed me, "We don’t accept coupons." This was a legitimate KFC coupon! They explained that only certain franchises accept them. I've always thought KFC was a franchise, so why wouldn't they honor their own coupons? How can they refuse their own promotions? It feels like I'm in a bizarre Twilight Zone episode!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! The level of professionalism was lacking. The young woman at the window had her shirt tied up, exposing her midriff, and had two nose rings. None of the staff were wearing gloves, and there were no hairnets in sight, with long ponytails and hair extensions everywhere. Overall, it felt unprofessional all around. What a disappointment!
The employee preparing the food was not wearing gloves and dipped a basket of chicken breasts In the fryer to make them hot. She made my sandwich wrong and after I notified her, It got remade. But when I opened the sandwich wrapper, It was not the one I ordered.
Given the poor reviews for this location, it’s evident that management needs to step up and make some improvements, or they might face serious consequences. I used to really enjoy KFC, but this experience has certainly tarnished my view.
It was awful customer service. They tell ya to pull up they dint have popcorn nuggets cooked, they will bring it put in a few and we sat there 20 minutes. Bad, bad, business for that area. Need more friendly ppl working the window.

Black Mold all in the shoot where ice comes out. Spills down from of drink center. Dirty place. Walked in during break time. Stood around until people got off their breaks to wait on us.
I tried the "homestyle" potatoes from KFC tonight, and they tasted like they had been left out for some time.
