The restaurant was filthy all the bins overflowing and tables full with dirty trays and cups and in the 45mins I was there did not see any one vegan or empty bins. We were travelling back from airport so opted for take out instead of sitting in restaurant so ordered a family bucket and waited 35mins in a queue to be told no popcorn chicken or gravy . I ordered a boneless banquet at the drive through so wasn’t until I got home I noticed half the meal missing! I tried calling but no calls were ever picked up. The next time I was in Bridgend I went in to ask for the manager, I explained to someone that really wasn’t interested to be told as I didn’t ring nothing could be done. At this point I refused to let it go due to the attitude and lack of care asking for a refund. If your ever thinking of visiting this place with your family or just to fill up for the trip ahead, avoid this place. The staff (including management) are rude and have this entitled attitude which is totally disrespectful. The restaurant is filthy and cold and don’t bother with trying to order online because they’ll just fill the bag with what ever is at hand. I placed an order with the classic boxes meals and sides and received 1 burger (out of 2) 4 fries, ordered 2 and that’s it, all for the grand total of £25 Absolute joke, COVID or not.
Well I thought we’d have a treat . Uses my new app for KFC in Bridgend . Order places at 20:15 drive to collect , 20 mins to serve the two cars in front of me and one of those was like me parked up waiting for a further 12 mins. FAST FOOD it is not . Ordered 2 boneless banquets and 2 crushems. The crushems tasted like someone had melted ice cream, added water to fill half of the cup and then added cheap chocolate on top. The mini fillets were fatty, full of veins and weren’t edible. The popcorn chicken was somehow worse, and the chips tasted poisonous and a few weren’t even cooked. Feeding this to a dog would be cruel. Don’t eat from this place unless you hate yourself.
Arrived to eat in on 5th August, so 3 days into actually being allowed to eat in. Absolutely filthy. Dirty tables, the floor was absolutely bogging with food all over it. Clearly not bothered about hygiene here especially during this pandemic
Had not had a KFC in a while Went and got a zinger tower meal it was not busy and the food was Luke warm at best and was tasteless want be going back as the standard of food is terrible witch is a shame as it used to be so good
Absolutely awful, had the vegan burger and it was like a brick it was so over cooked, chips were undercooked and soggy and the Pepsi had no syrup in it. Absolute waste of money will never go there again, or any other kfc

I don’t know why I go there I say every time they keep you waiting a very long time to pay at the till . All the are doing is getting out home delivers it’s time all places have a different section for on line delivery
Specifically asked if the chips were in the bag to which the man said yes they’re right at the bottom, got home and no chips.
