I found sunflower seeds in my chicken box, and when I asked for a refund, the staff member simply apologized and gave me another box of chicken. Meanwhile, the representative at the counter was taking orders and eating sunflower seeds right in front of me, as if it was no big deal. They were eating while working with customers, and instead of a refund, I was just handed another box. Frustrated, I had to call corporate—something I've never done before. I won’t be eating there again!
I went in for dinner and was quite disappointed. I ordered what was supposed to be a three-piece spicy white chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, along with eight hot and spicy wings. However, I only received two pieces of spicy chicken, which were lukewarm and not crispy at all. The eight wings were old and dried out. Overall, it was not a good experience.
I went through the drive-thru. The chicken was good, but my biscuit was raw in the middle. I ordered a large drink but received a medium, and they didn’t provide utensils for my mashed potatoes and gravy. Plus, I only had 30 minutes for lunch, which was frustrating.
Absolutely terrible!!! Our bucket of chicken was SWIMMING in a pool of grease, and the skin was soggy and dripping. This was the worst I have ever seen from KFC, and it reminded me why I switched to Church's in the first place. Réservez une table maintenant
Complete incompetence here. I stopped by at 4:30 to grab some chicken, and all they had was spicy. This was a one-time experience for me at this KFC. I will never come back to this location.
Food took a while to come and the cashier tried to cheat me out of my money no napkins and no plates to eat out of and lights out in bathroom. I will never go there again it was
I ordered all white meat, but I received a mix instead. When I attempted to call the restaurant for assistance, they kept answering but then hanging up on me.
The chicken used to be great before they changed the recipe, but now I don't enjoy it. Réservez une table maintenant
