I ordered and paid online, but when I arrived at the drive-thru, Carlos informed me that my order wasn't registered. As a result, I had to pay again. However, I'm giving them a 5-star rating because Carlos signed my receipt and assured me that I could come back whenever I needed the same order I had already paid for online. A week later, I returned, and as soon as I pulled up and showed him my receipt, Carlos remembered me. I was very pleased with the quick service on both occasions.
This restaurant is located in a busy area and is always packed. Sometimes they run out of popular items, like my favorite potato wedges and the big macaroni and cheese. The wait time could be better, as it feels like you're in line forever. Occasionally, they forget to include certain items in your order, which can be inconvenient. However, if they improve their order accuracy and speed up their service, it could easily be a five-star establishment.
BEWARE!! DO NOT USE YOUR CARD HERE! I was charged twice and the employee just acted like it was my fault. Went back the next day and spoke to a manager. She insured me that she would get to the bottom of it. Told me she would call me and never did! I called back today only to be told that it was impossible that I was charged twice and I needed to report it to my bank! Very poor communication and accountability! I suggest you pay cash!
This restaurant is extremely disorganized and very slow. They are frequently out of sauces and charge twice as much for online orders compared to in-person orders. The staff moves at a glacial pace and makes numerous mistakes. Instead of correcting them, they often make excuses and simply offer a refund. I recommend going somewhere else; the portion sizes are small and the quality is lacking. Réservez une table maintenant

KFC is great the price is yet to be desired but the food is great service is quick and the whole family loves it. Great for real food to fill the belly on those nights you just dont want to cook
2 young woman with bad attitude and no plates to eat with. The employees are more interested in there conversation then taking care of business. Will never take my family here again.
