Excellent and efficient service. I swung in here while I was getting my oil changed next door at Valvoline. I ordered the eight-piece chicken but I have to admit I did get confused when she said that I could get all dark meat and then at the end of figuring out what pieces I wanted I accidentally said all legs. I was surprised when there were eight chicken legs in the basket but they were helpful to remedy that and give me 8 thighs.... which is what I originally meant.I will say the chicken is sometimes a little bit on the greasy side and I'm kind of curious what they infuse into the meat that makes it so filling.... But it sure is tasty!
I would not recommend eating here. We were never informed that we had a wait on biscuits so they gave us extra Mac and cheese in place of those biscuits.. then get home to see the happy meal only had chicken nuggest.. have you ever had a pissed of child because they didn't get their fries? Thankfully the Mac and cheese that was in place of the biscuit was enough.. all of the chicken seem to have sat for way to long.. just overall not happy. We will not be returning after our first visit
Absolutely the worst. (Drive thru) I ordered 4 chicken tenders. $11.00 later they were tough like they had been cooked the day before. The corn was mushy, the biscuit was hard as a brick. I was asked three times what sauce I wanted. I replied all three times, BBQ. What sauce did I get? The invisible one. None. No napkins. The worst chicken in NBTX. Avoid this place. A waste of money.
KFC does not value you as a customer. I ordered online at 11:44 am. I know they are a horrible company so I got there at 12:15pm. No order ready. I waited as 23 people in line were served inside and outside. I got my order at 12:46pm after I made a scene. Not even a “Have A Nice Day” for your trouble.
