I recently drove to the KFC on route 42 in Cincinnati just north of 275. I had been wanting some Kentucky fried Chicken for quite some time and drove out of my way to purchase some. I ordered a bucket of chicken extra crispy with two sides coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy.I got home. I opened up the chicken bucket and grabbed a couple pieces of chicken. It must be known that I actually raised chickens. I never eat any of my egg layers when they stop playing. I just let them retire. My point is is that I know chickens very well. I was astonished at the small size of the chicken pieces that I was sold. I didn't realize that they butchered chickens at such a young age. The legs and wings...
We were there last night around 8pm.We tried to order from both machines, but both times the credit card didn't work.We were there for easily 10 minutes and never saw a person out front to order from. We yelled to the back, but nothing.Someone did walk by at one point (on their way to the bathroom) but didn't seem too interested in helping us.Very disappointing experience.
It's a good KFC but they're very short on help. I guess people don't have to work anymore.But cut em some slack...the people that do come to work here are doing they're best.P.S. To KFC.....I'll never order from your kiosk.
Becareful cause order 12pc chicken only got 7pcs rip u off thu either someone can't count or someone is pocketing chicken to take home cause they don't have the money to buy their own ripping people off (Becareful)

I ordered the chicken strip meal, but the biscuit was too hard to eat. The chicken looked like it had been sitting out since lunchtime, and I arrived at 6:30 PM. Overall, it was definitely not worth the money.
These were meant to be chicken tenders, but it's hard to believe that anyone could have packaged them and considered them acceptable. They're burnt and tough, making them completely inedible.
I ordered two 16-piece chicken dinners with coleslaw, corn, mashed potatoes, gravy, and mac and cheese. Everything was delicious! Great job, KFC!
I love KFC staff and the food is delicioase Dietary restrictions: I don't recomand If You are a vegetarien
