Tried the KFC app for the first time. Very easy and simple to follow. Got to the restaurant to pickup my food and decided to go inside, since the drive thru had a growing line. Got to see what, most like, was the store manager in action. They were busy and putting out orders as fast as possible. Then the manager caught a mistake one of the employees made. Amazingly, how she was on top of everything every single employee was doing. She was strict, but calm and respectful to her employees. That is what a true leader looks and acts like. She is the reason I am giving this one 5 stars. There are sit-down restaurants that don?t have a leader like this.
If I could give a negative score, I would. I was tired of all the local dining options, so I decided to go to KFC. When we arrived, the menu looked great, especially those tenders. However, when we got to the speaker, we saw a sign that said "cash only." It was ridiculous! I had my mouth watering at the thought of those tenders mixed with fries. This seems to be a common issue with all KFC locations in Central Florida—whether it's disgusting food, terrible service, cold meals, or systems being down. There are constant problems at every KFC in the area.
I recently visited the drive-thru and had a less than pleasant experience. I had to wait a minute without anyone coming to take my order. When I finally placed my order, the employee was not very friendly. After receiving my food, I said "thank you," but she just stared at me blankly and walked away without saying a word. It seems like KFC's customer service has really declined. I don’t think I'll be returning. I might as well go to Taco Bell (once it reopens), IHOP, or Junior's Colombian Burger since they are all nearby.
Good fried chicken nearby. I like this better than papeye( too crispy dry). This one is more flavorful inside and love their side of biscuit mashed potato with gravy. Sooooooo good and they have peach flavored Mtn Dew for drink. 3 chick with 2 sides box just eight great deal! Love chick legs better than tenders.

Well roasted chicken nearby. I like this better than Papye(too crispy dry). This is more tasteful inside and love their side of biscuits potato with Gravy. Sooooo good and they have peach flavored Mtn Dew for drinking. 3 chicks with 2 sides box only eight much! I love thick legs better than delicate.
I only visited this place to get a snack in an early Sunday afternoon. The entire staff was friendly and polite. Artavia the manager was so on Earth, but that Chicken was fresh I had to write a review. Thank you.
The staff is fantastic—very friendly and helpful! However, the chicken was a bit carelessly prepared, with some bits of bone and a few feathers mixed in. Despite that, it was still flavorful.
Well, although she didn't want all the dark meats like me, the food was really good. I'll wait 30 minutes for dark meat. Last time, years ago, it was a hot mess. This time better

This KFC saved my stomach tonight! After a disastrous experience at the Popeyes a few blocks away, I reluctantly walked in here, hoping for a better meal.
This is unacceptable! The attitudes of the employees are appalling! I'm extremely frustrated.
