I entered the restaurant and attempted to order a meal. I asked if I could upgrade to a larger size, but the employees told me they couldn't do it. I then inquired if I could order something different and change it to a large, to which they agreed. However, when I asked why they initially said no, they did not provide an answer. I do not recommend this place as it is very unsanitary, with homeless individuals sleeping on the floor, and the staff displaying racist behavior.
The guy that took my order wasn't polite at all.He acted like he didn't want to be there.He didn't even say may I help you are have a nice day.The food was terrible and my meal came with a fountain drink but I asked for a bottle of water instead which I guess it bothered him to make the change so he tossed it to me.I will never go back to this location again.
The young lady at the drive thru was horrible and slow they was doing more talking and laughing bad attitude asked for hot sauce, ketchup and honey for a 3 piece meal she gave me over 50 packs of condiments just coming back from Atlanta grabbing something i will NEVER go back and that's my neighborhood.
I ordered two 12-piece chicken nuggets and only received one. When we informed the manager, she claimed she had put them in the bag. Instead of apologizing, she made us show her the bag of food. Additionally, we ordered six biscuits but only received four. Thank you, KFC. Réservez une table maintenant
They took my order and forgot to give it to me ,,, waited 20 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches, and they where sitting on the counter I can say they where still warm only because of the heat lamp...will not be

I'm happy to have a location near me , but it almost never fails that there, out of whatever it is I order it can never be a complete order of what I want.
I hate the fact that in all of their corporates glory, they decided to discontinue the honey wings. That's one of the only reasons that I go to KFC. Réservez une table maintenant
