I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time and found it to be very clean and nice for a fast food establishment. One interesting feature was a KFC bucket fixture above a round table in the room. The service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately, the menu is limited and they only offer fried chicken, fries, sandwiches, and sides - no grilled chicken. I ended up ordering a classic sandwich with fries and a drink combo, which was very affordable. I might try the pot pie next time. They also have a drive-thru option. Why are these chicken so small??? The chicken didn 't taste like anything, the least you can do is season them. Yesterday we bought a bucket of chicken, the piece were so tiny and there was no taste to it at all. I regretted spending $39.99 plus tax on those chicken, it definitely was not finger licking good . 2 stars for customer service and cleanliness.
I waited for over 40 minutes for a 12-piece chicken bucket at this restaurant, and it wasn't even busy. I ended up waiting a long time and they tried to give me just drumsticks. I had to tell them that wasn't what I wanted. The service was slow even though the kitchen wasn't busy. The parking was good, but the service was terrible.
The food was excellent overall, except for one dish. The brownie was disappointing; I think BJ Restaurant's brownie is far better. I attempted to cut it into squares, as shown in the picture, but I ended up having to scoop it out in clumps like ice cream. The texture was grainy, so I decided to skip it altogether.

Visited this place today . Haven't been here for quite a while. We had a very polite and helpful young lady serve us. Her service was exceptionally friendly. I think her name may be Lucia. I hope she is rewarded by her employer for her great service to the customers.
Showed up at exactly 10 am and was greeted with not one, but three dead cockroaches. Two at the front door, one in front of the counter. Guess they didn't have time to sweep them up before I walked
I visited this restaurant yesterday at 7pm with my family for dinner and received excellent customer service. The chicken was fresh and delicious, deserving a 5-star rating!
They had run out of some food and had to substitute. The chicken was bland. WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL THE HERBS SPICES?!?!The staff was apologetic, very congenial, and friendly.

Is it possible to overcoat with the spices? We peeled the skin/coating off this time.
