Never going there again my husband ordered a 2 piece chicken with sweet tea. The tea had no sugar. The chicken was extremely greasy.I ordered a 3 piece chicken strips with fries. The chicken strips were hardly bigger than a chicken nugget. Both mine and my husbands fries were so dry and hard we could not eat them.I ordered honey mustard sauce. She gave us none. I ordered an unsweetened tea because I am a diabetic. . We asked for a sugar substitute and the drive through lady just looked at us. She did not annunciate her words so we couldn’t understand her. When we asked if whatever she gave us was sugar free she rolled her eyes and shut the window. She was extremely rude. The date is 12/20/23...
Can not rate the food. The store closed the lobby due to a parade. Could only access through drive through but due to parade you couldn't drive to the drive through. Spoke to an employee claiming to be a cook. Was very rude and disrespectful. Will drive to warrenton for KFC in the future. Customer service sucks and if your closing you lobby and only allowing drive through during a parade they don't want to sale chicken either. Family of 11 you lost out on a big sale. Can't rain the food below wasn't able to buy food.
Service. Depend on who works there... you know some of KFC teams were awaked that deaf customers writing... they kept saying, i don 't understand a note. Even though I wrote so clearly... I quickly realize that they depend on the iPhone order only not text, too. Wow! Ha

Employees bad attitudes and just rude ... Monik and Amy and a blonde lady... All rude and yelling and couldn't take order right trying to make a scene in front of customers.... I'll never go to Culpeper KFC again... I'll even let friends and family know as well.....
Didn't have the first 3 menu items I tried to order, and the drive-through service acted as if I was a bother to them. I finally asked what do you have that I can choose from? Probably never go back to this location again.
