This place seems to get worse everytime I go back. Ordered the Crispy chicken boxes. The order comes with 2 sides and a drink. They didn't have sweet tea and I asked to substitute green beans and corn for coleslaw. That ended up being the best thing inthe box and the macaroni. One box was missing and item, the chicken was ok but the way it was made??! I'm including pictures soyou can see how someone just put a dollop of mayo and no pickles were added. I can understand if they were busy but there was 1vehicle in the drive thru ahead of me and 1 in the parking lot. Aside from the food the customer service is horrible. Terrible customer service and rude staff. I rarely visit KFC, but when I do, there's always an issue. The girl at the drive-thru said they were out of a product simply because they were too lazy to restock it. The person I assumed was the manager attempted to resolve the problem, but it was ineffective. It seems like management lacks competence. I also tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. I can see this chain struggling due to the employees they hire.
My experience at KFC was disappointing. I waited 30 minutes for my food, only to have to return to the window to ask about it. Despite my request, I was not provided with any water to drink. I spent an hour trying to talk to the unresponsive manager, who never addressed my concerns. To make matters worse, my meal was missing three pieces from the menu.
Update: they remodeled and it?s nice! I enjoy KFC, and this restaurant serves their updates menu. But the building itself is kind of run down, and hasn?t had an update in at least 10 years. The parking lot is also really small. That being said, thestaff is really nice. They also accept Apple Pay.

They were very accommodating in getting our order out on time. We used the app and ordered about 3 hrs early and when we arrive on time they were still waiting on an order of dark meat to get done but they gave us the pcs in white meat which was great forus. Great service.
made sure you have your full order before you leave because it's a habit for them not to complete your order. The KFC employee should be taking their job as one of their key factors of making the costumer Happy of their anticipation of waiting all day forKFC ...????
We had an issue with our order. It was givin to another car and we had to wait so long, but the manager was awesome! The way she handled the whole situation ? especially with my tough self being hangry and frustrated ? the food was great spot on.

The employee's attitude was that they didn't want to be there... Food was good. Did not interact with the customers at all. Hope they were just having a bad day.
Remodel looks great. Change the potato wedges to crispy pommes yummy . No more small apple cakes. Don was our cashier. He's super sweet.
