I hate doing negative reviews, but this location has HORRIBLE customer service and management! The drive thru forgot parts of my order this afternoon and I didn't realize it to halfway down the street. Although I was busy on the way to an engagement, I ended up turning to get the rest of my order and have the situation resolved. I first ended up having to wait through a long drive through line by that time (my 2 year old son was asleep so I couldn't go inside) and I asked for an extra chicken little due to the inconvenience of the situation. Place was clean but slow. I went inside to get the free Braves taco ? and ordered a couple more tacos. Got the free taco fast, but had to wait for the others. Turns out it was sitting there all along but no one noticed. Had to ask for sauce. Everyone wore a mask and shop was clean. Was impressed with a young man asking for someone with gloves to operate the cashier after handing me a taco. ? Were good. Felt bad for the employees since they have KFC and Taco bell to handle.
