We ordered a delivery from KFC Cleveleys at 5:53pm and the app said 15 to 25 minutes for it to arrive. It also said that they do not take the money from your account until the delivery driver informs them of a successful delivery. WRONG!!! the money went out straight away at 5:53pm. At 6:30pm, we checked and the estimated delivery time was between 6:40pm and 6:50pm. That changed to 7:00pm to 7:10pm and gradually the time kept moving until it said 7:50pm to 8:00pm. When I checked again at 7:30pm, it read order cancelled by which time, we had waited 1hr35m. No explanation, just cancelled..... though the money was refunded immediately. By far the worst kfc on the planet, the place needs closing down, I’ve been banned from ordering on uber because 3 times I’ve had to have a refund because twice the food was stone cold and things missing and the last time I order 10 piece boned bucket which was replaced with 2 boned pieces 6 strips and 2 hot wings Every time I go in to order I always have to check before I leave. as I ordered 10 piece bucket and there was 7 yes 7 drumsticks in it, I’ve ordered 3piece meals and get 2 drumsticks every time. This KFC location is absolutely terrible. Every time I have visited, I have asked for a vegan burger, only to be told that their oven is broken. It seems like it has been broken for as long as they have had the vegan burger on the menu. It's clear that they simply don't care to make them. The service was rude, with a young, unprofessional server who seemed to have an attitude for no reason. The wait time was excessive, and it was obvious that they prioritize delivery orders over walk-ins. The restaurant is dirty, poorly managed, and far from being a fast food establishment. They consistently mess up orders and seem to have overall declined in quality. I would not recommend this KFC to anyone...
This is the dirtiest KFC I have ever been in. There were multiple straw papers and salt sachets on the floor right in front of the order desk, making it a slip hazard. The staff what few of them were there were surly. And the few tables available (the larger part of the eating area was closed off) were covered in the detritus of completed meals. On top of this our order was wrong and the food was cold. Just don’t waste your money.

This KFC is consistently bad, this is now the third bad experience I've had IN A ROW. This is the final time I go to my local KFC I'll be going anywhere but here from now on. I ordered a 3 piece and the pieces of chicken I got were 2 legs and a TINY piece of chicken. I was so disappointed. This place is a waste of your money, you're better off going to any KFC other than this one. Love KFC but hate this shop in particular.
I had a difficult time getting to my food after placing my order due to the clutter of Uber and Just Eat bags on the floor, as well as drivers taking up space at the counter. Some staff members, not in uniform and not working, were also hanging around the counter area, creating a chaotic atmosphere. I was not pleased with the experience and will not be returning to this restaurant.
I was initially surprised by the negative reviews, but my experience was completely different. A friendly team member welcomed us warmly and helped us place our order with a smile. The food was delicious, so it seems that there have been some drastic improvements made. If there has been training involved, please continue the good work.
I had to give it a 1 rating as it wouldn't let me give a zero. This is the worst KFC meal I've had the coating on the chicken fillets was soggy and the chicken itself was tasteless. Certainly wasn't the chicken we are used o having back home. The chips looked awful and tasted bad.

Great job by the team. Food good as always. Recently put new soap dispensers in the male toilets. Loos good . However I'm going to have a moan , I like my coffee and it's been out of order for at least two months. Can somebody do something about it please.
Absolutely amazing food. Piping hot and very tasty . Would definitely recommend . The chicken was delicious .
