The manager seems quite unpleasant. I had my phone stolen in the parking lot, which is a concerning issue for this location. While the young staff members are friendly, I can't recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a good meal. They primarily offer white meat, and it appears the management struggles with inventory, possibly trying to save money by offering dark meat at the same price. The portion sizes remain unchanged, but the quality is lacking. This seems to be a management issue rather than a problem with the diligent young employees. The manager often has a frown on her face. I would suggest choosing the McDonald’s next door, as they seem to manage things better.
The manager is an unfriendly older woman. Although my phone was stolen in the parking lot (unrelated, but a heads-up), the kids working here are nice. However, if you’re looking for good food, this isn’t the place. They’re often out of white meat chicken. The manager seems either unable to manage inventory properly or is trying to cut costs by serving dark meat at the same price, yet you still pay the full amount. This isn’t the fault of the friendly young employees—it’s a management problem. I wish her luck, despite the constant unpleasant expression she wears. I recommend going to the McDonald's next door instead; the staff there clearly know what they’re doing.
This is a usual, once-a-week stop...but no more. We dropped in around 2:30pm, only to find the chicken, (original recipe) was extremely bland. No flavor whatsoever. Asked to see the manager. She went in the back then came back to say she tasted a pieceand it was fine. Even the couple eating next to us went back to ask for salt. Customer service, (or the chicken) has NEVERbeen this bad. After decades of coming here on a weekly basis, I'll be taking our business to Popeye's Chicken.
It was nice that they have the potpies since a couple other locations can't make them right now because they have shortage in tins. However, other than the flakey crust top it tasted like it was not cooked enough and watery inside the potpie. Sort of spitty-like and pretty nasty.

I’ve been a longtime fan of KFC, but this time the chicken was disappointing—mostly just breading with hardly any meat, and the flavor was extremely bland. Their menu usually offers better quality, but this visit didn’t meet my expectations.
Workers are rude and slam the window in your face before you can ask for napkins or sauce. The girl with the fake chanel mask was very very rude. The fries are always cold and soggy at this place. Clearly needs new management
I order the new chicken sandwich false advetised is not even a full chicken sandwich is just 2 chicken tenders on a sandwich i rather go to Popeyes..
The dining area has a very unpleasant odor. Please clean the vents and replace the filters. It's quite off-putting.
