Right this very minute I only give it this star because the man taking the order and money was awesome. Beyond that I am appalled at the food service. Me and my 2 passengers went thru the Drive thru. The order was taken very pleasantly and the cashier was very friendly. We were asked to pull ahead because the chicken tenders would take 4 mins. No problem we pulled up. Little did we know at first, the employee outside talking to the people in the car in front of us, was the person cooking and putting the food together.I bet he was out there for 10 mins talking.THEN... He finally went in, I went in to add to our order. I saw there were only 3 people working the whole store AND the cook was out...
The staff at this restaurant really need to work on their handling of online orders. My family ordered 8 pieces of chicken, coleslaw, and potatoes, along with an extra serving of potatoes and a half-gallon of sweet tea. Unfortunately, we did not receive the extra potatoes or our dipping sauce, and instead of sweet tea, we got unsweetened tea. It’s unacceptable to take customers' money and not deliver what they ordered. We will not be coming back to this restaurant, as it feels like a rip-off!
Jared. The General Manager is amazing. Very Polite and great at deligating. My children and I had one of the best fast food experiences thanks to him and his team. This place is way better now. We will definitely be coming back more often. Thank you team. The General manager came in the lobby and socialized with every customer to make sure everything was okay with their meals and service. You don't see that too often. Great Leadership!!!
The guy working the drive through was fantastic. That is where the great experience stopped. Must be a tortilla shortage...20 minute wait to get a bowl of potatoes, cheese sauce and sour cream for the spicy potato soft taco . Not sure what the watery substance on the outside of the beefy 5 layer burrito was either so that was trashed.

A short staffed, overwhelmed crew suffering computer problems, Mrs. Angry here, Mr. Grumpy there and KFC/ TB gave textbook customer service eventhough I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for a bucket of chicken. Customer service don't get no better than that in all seriousness. The employees' smiles were great!
This place is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. The staff never have anything stocked , always out of chicken. The employees always seem higher than kite’s. Very poor quality. Will never go to this restaurant again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
The restaurant appears to have not been cleaned in years. Workers outside were seen smoking, then went inside to handle food without washing their hands. This is a disgusting and unhygienic place with terrible customer service.
The restaurant is under new management and appears to be very focused on improving operations and managing everything efficiently.
