I visited KFC today, December 9, 2022, and I was very disappointed with the service and staff. I arrived at 4:45 PM during the dinner rush, and they didn’t have enough chicken for my original order. Instead of a 12-piece meal, I had to settle for an 8-piece spicy meal. Unfortunately, my order was still incorrect; instead of two large pieces, I received smaller pieces that I didn't even want.
Frustrated, I attempted to call the restaurant to resolve the issue, but no one picked up. When I drove back to address the mistake, an employee shouted at me from the drive-thru window to return from the parking lot, which felt unsafe. I was rushed with my order, the guy who was taking my order was rude and called us a fucking ****. Gave us cold fries and our barbecue sauce was not sealed. As we were checking our order at the window the guy told us if we could leave. There was no car behind us. We had 4 order for 4 different people. As we took off they all stuck their middle finger at us
KFC is an excellent choice for lunch or dinner! However, I find that I don't enjoy it as much as I did in my younger days. I recall loving it in the 1970s and believing the food was more flavorful back then. My tastes have evolved over the years. Overall, I would still rate it five stars.
Always liked this KFC. Due to the high volume of sales, the chicken is always freshly made.. The customer service is very good.. The young lady who took my order inside at counter, was extremely pleasant and courteous. 5 star's

Had chicken pot pie which is amazing. They were understaffed so I couldn't go through the drive thru
Chicken a bit salty. Fries was ok. Cashier was pleasant and friendly.
