I can’t believe this store is still open. Worst customer service and organizational skills I’ve ever seen. And that’s saying a lot in these times. Arrived at 6:45. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before they took my order. Ordered three 8 piece family meals. They have a special going on for 8 piece bucket for 10.00. There were several people waiting for that. My total wait time was 50 minutes. Instead of having extra chicken because of the special they had no chicken. Hello I am sharing my experiences here at this kfc location on Bardstown road, food was meh but what would you expect from a kfc location but mr.Omar handled my order and quite rudely I might add, when I went to the drive through window he rushed me and wouldn’t give me a second to decide on what I wanted to order and once I get to the window he rudely tells me I was killing “his drive through time” mind you I took maybe at most 4 minutes ordering and it only took 4 minutes due to them having no types of beverages and me having to contact my friend to see which other kind he’d like, and if he wouldn’t have rushed me and just listened it would have been quicker then the 4 minutes (which isn’t...
I typically don't write reviews, but this place was quite an experience. During my first visit, I felt rushed in the drive-thru. On my second visit, I stood at the counter for about five minutes without anyone acknowledging me. The staff was neither polite nor friendly. When they asked if I wanted anything on my sandwich, I said no, but they went ahead and added everything anyway. As someone who has worked in fast food for five years, I found that frustrating. I won't be returning again, and I believe many others feel the same way.
I placed my order online about 2 hrs before I would get there, I adjusted arrival time but was still 10 min late. My order was not ready, which was no problem. HOWEVER I had to wait 20 more min. The bucket with the chicken had at least 1/2 inch of grease in the bottom, plus the chicken was so hot, as it cooled it stuck to the sides and bottom so every piece pulled in half.on top of that I paid for 8 pcs and only received 6..I had to just throw it away. $28 is a lot of money to throw away.

Did a drive thru, I ordered 4pcs spicy chicken combo and I received a original 3 small pcs of chicken and 1 big but no skin. I ordered spicy and they gave me original chicken 1 without skin. So disappointed. Guy who took my order his tone of voice is bad like he doesn’t seem to like his job. Very poor customer service.
I ordered two 10 piece saucy nuggets. I didn't get 6 out of 20 ordered, corporate emailed and ghosted me, when I finally spoke to the manager he wasn't concerned . Don't waste your money, they don't care about you!
Kaitlyn the assistant manager done a wonderful job. The store was clean and the food was good. Considering how busy they was service was quick and with a smile.

Waited for 10 mins while the lady in drive thru ate and the young man who could hardly speak English ignore me. I just talked out.
Employee was miserable and rude, she needs a raise maybe she will have a better attitude
