Kfc - Réservation de table

We love the flavor of KFC and we have been satisfied with the Wixom location. However? WARNING: Be aware. The last time we ate there we received a few packets of Honey Sauce. We didn?t use them then and I thought I would use them on some toast just the other day. First, the packets were so hard to open I could only squeeze the sauce out with difficulty and getting it all over my fingers. Second, something just didn?t taste right. I should have know when the titlecalled it ?sauce? and not pure honey. I love honey and this tasted awful. The ingredients are: corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, honey, sugar, natural and artificial flavor. Next time we visit there, I will not ask for the honeys...

I had been craving a chicken sandwich for 2 weeks and finally decided to get one. What a mistake that was. I usually check my sandwiches before taking a bite, but this time it was different. The entire meal was disappointing - my fries were cold, the lid on my drink was not secure and spilled in my car when handed to me. I knew my sandwich wouldn't be good when my fries were cold and the drink was not properly sealed. Upon opening the sandwich, I found a piece of wood inside, ruining the entire meal. I had hoped to enjoy a quick sandwich before dinner, but I will not be returning to this KFC location again. Unfortunately, their phone line was busy and the traffic on Grand River in Wixom was...

1st I was told that it was policy not to serve mobile orders through the drive through, but that is the purpose of a mobile order to me...not to have to get out of my car. 2nd I understand that I ordered extra crispy, but I was expecting some chicken to go with the breading. Absolutely dry and not much meat. I was actually looking forward to eating my coleslaw for a little moisture, but alas...it was made without dressing. Cabbage and carrots without dressing was verydisappointing. At least the biscuit was good...but that's supposed to be dry!!

I ordered a 12-piece dinner, expecting to receive 3 chicken breasts as specified on the receipt and menu. However, there were no breasts included in the meal. This was disappointing as some members of my family only eat white meat. Additionally, the chicken was old, burnt, and tough. The sides, labeled as "large," were actually very small. This experience left me feeling unsatisfied and let down by KFC. I had previously recommended this location, but now I am embarrassed by my endorsement. Réservez une table maintenant

We ordered 125 pieces of chicken from this restaurant for our daughter's Open House graduation party. The chicken was absolutely delicious and everyone at the party raved about how juicy it was. Tahnia arrived early to prepare the food for us and was incredibly helpful from the moment we placed our order to the day we picked it up. We will definitely be relying on this restaurant and Tahnia for our future party needs.

I am not sure which was worse, the food or the customer service at this restaurant. I have ordered freshly cooked chicken multiple times and each time it has been old, tough, and overcooked. This experience was the worst by far, and today will be my last visit. I want to warn others that if they are looking for a good meal, they should not visit this location.

I cannot decide what was worse; the chicken or the customer service at this restaurant. Every time I have tried to order freshly cooked chicken, I have been served old, hard, and overcooked meat. This particular location is the worst of all, and today will be my last visit. I am warning you all, if you want good chicken, do not choose this restaurant!

I have not been to a KFC for about eight months, and I will never go again. The chicken was dry and over cooked, and the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese had no flavor. $37.00 for an eight piece meal, I expected much better, I actually expected the food to taste good. ordered by uber, 1/3 of the order missing in a sealed pocket. the driver has not made himself definitiw, kfc was lazy and has not filled two simple comb dishes properly, now they say to repair it, I must come to the restaurant. total waste of money and bad experience.

wrong order as usual, missing big mac and cheese, huh was old and dry. this KFC location is completely unpredictable, makes it wonder where is to take corrective action.
