I have actually used the quick pickup function to order my food. there was nothing quick about the collection! there is a time for them to be ready. I went 3 minutes after the time they said it was ready and there was nothing in the regals. So I asked about my order. the lady said that I had to wait and took a man in the line and made his command. in the round it is faster to go to the side or go through and just order her to eat because the online orders are not priority.
I tried using the Quick Pickup option to order my food, but it definitely wasn’t quick. They gave me a time when my order should be ready, but when I showed up just three minutes later, my food still wasn’t prepared. I had to ask about my order, and the staff told me to wait while they helped a customer ordering inside. It seems faster to either go inside or use the drive-through, as online orders don’t appear to be prioritized here.
I want to commend the cashier who assisted us during our visit, although I regret not getting their name. Our family had specific dietary restrictions and the cashier was very patient in helping us select suitable items. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with a convenient entrance near the door for easy access. Thank you for maintaining a high standard of service.
I visit this KFC regularly, but I often have trouble with the drive-thru speakers since they frequently misunderstand my order. Aside from that issue, I have no complaints. It might be time for them to upgrade their system. Réservez une table maintenant

The staff is very rude and very slow I would not suggest going there unless you have a lot of time on your hands but it's for it's a fast food restaurant it's not fast foodFood: 4/5
I visit this restaurant frequently. I deducted one star because my companion noticed that the staff were not wearing gloves. Despite this issue, I still enjoy eating there.
