I give it one star for the food, it didn?t taste too bad. I ordered 2-5 piece chicken tender meals, 12 wings, 3 sides and 4 extra biscuits. I have had problems with my order being correct before, so I checked my bag before I left. I was missing my biscuits and 2 of my sides. I went inside to ask for it and the cook argued with me that he put it in the bag. I had to stand there and pull everything out to show him. He then got an attitude and went to the back to get my items. When I got home, the chicken tenders were a joke, so small that 2 of them equaled one regular tender and I only received 4 tenders in each box. Would give 0 if I could. Waited for 20 minutes for our food. We ordered simple meals, the container with the Mac and cheese barely had 2 spoonfuls in it and there was corn mixed in it and tasted like plastic. My husband got the chicken bowl with mashed potatoes, corn, and gravy it comes in a small bowl and not even half the bowl was full and it was bone cold. We didn't receive any utensils so we had to drive back around. Definitely not going back to this location, should've read the reviews first, not sure why this place is still open with such poor service and food quality. Wish I could call corporate but the cashier never gave me a receipt.
DO NOT RECOMEND!!! Placed online order. Cannot pick up from lobby have to wait in the drive thru. 1st time thru I was given the wrong order. 2nd time thru I was treated as it was my fault they gave me the wrong order stating I gave them the wrong name. Then they gave me my order and yelled at to keep moving because I wanted to check my order at the window instead of waiting in the line a third time. When I got home the order was still wrong and screwed up. Shorted a piece of chicken in the basket, biscuits smashed, and large fries half full.
Instead of having a variety of food options available, this restaurant seemed to only offer chicken legs, thighs, or breasts. This limited menu selection may have been why some customers left unhappy, as they were unable to order wings, offers, or sandwiches. As a result, I had to settle for a box meal at a higher price. Despite the lack of menu choices, the food itself was delicious. However, due to the limited options available and the inconvenience of not being able to order what I wanted, I had to deduct 2 stars from my overall rating.
. I was just at this point and ordered a 3 PC chicken sandwich with 2 pages. When I came back to my work, I got a 3 piece of dark meat with 2 legs and one leg. I tried not to get an answer. I was back there and I was told that I was walking around the car. When I got there, the Lord told me I ordered a 3 PC box thighs. I don't like thighs, but he wouldn't give me anything back and I didn't get a reception. I told him I would never come back and give me my box. Don't want to do this facility if they don't do you right.
I started a new job just 5 minutes away from this restaurant. I was hungry and decided to drive through to grab a late dinner right before closing time. The person at the window was friendly, and the food I received was fresh and delicious. I decided to try the fries for the first time and I absolutely loved them. I will definitely be back.
I ordered the 12-piece chicken meal but only received 10 pieces. The chicken pieces appeared to have been cooked hours before we purchased them. The corn was dried out and the potatoes were not hot. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to complain but did not receive any answer.
