Kfc - Réservation de table

We come to this store a lot. We really enjoy KFC. Not necessarily the best place to eat, but its one of our go-tos. The last few times we 've come here, the order taker is not paying any attention to what we order, having to repeat our order countless times, with it STILL being incorrect once we receive our food. Not only that, but when we try to come back and get what we needed corrected or missing, we get attitude and rudeness saying that this is what you ordered when its clearly NOT. I really enjoy kfc so we will probably still come every once in awhile, but the experience of ordering and receiving the wrong order is a hassle in itself and almost not worth it.

We were extremely disappointed with our dining experience at this restaurant. We came with our family and extended family, and from the start, things were not going well. The menu was dirty and we had to ask for it to be cleaned. The condiments and silverware were not stocked. After finally placing our order, half of our group received their food within 10 minutes while the other half waited over 20 minutes because our order was missed. To make matters worse, we noticed the staff using their phones in the back. The service was very disappointing and needs to be improved.

My family and I really enjoy KFC, we went through the drive through and we waited 30 minutes just to get to get to the window, we were the 2nd car from the window. I finally called and asked, are you guys ok in there, are you hurt ? Should I call the police? When I told the person Tony we were in line it 's been thirty minutes. He didn 't know there was a line: we were missing 3 items the drinks were the wrong ones! 1/32 star.

I placed an order for pick up through Grubhub, but when I arrived at the restaurant, they said I had to come inside to pick it up. I questioned why I couldn't still pick it up through the drive-thru if they already had the order. The staff was a bit rude and forgot to include the sauce for my meal. The kebabs were tough and tasted bad. The only thing that seemed fresh was the lemonade. Réservez une table maintenant

not only is this staff not to find anywhere when they get in, so they are not recognized, but they will wait 30 minutes for fast eating. I sat there for 30 minutes and watched the employees work in the slowest pace possible while they don't know the customers. not a customer in the restaurant and maybe two in the ride. extremely disappointing

I had to go back inside twice they did not feel the sides up at all they were only halfway full and they gave me some chicken there was no skin and it looked like it had been sitting there dried out horrible the value is very bad there anymore

I have never experienced such slow service at a restaurant before. I waited for 20 minutes before having to leave and change my order. Despite waiting again, I still did not receive my food. Only one item was brought to me.

the chicken is always very fresh and crispy. I enjoy the service is always beautiful. if they ever have to wait for her, it will be fast and respectful. Réservez une table maintenant
