Kfc - Réservation de table

Wow. I’m literally sitting here waiting for my food. Person at the intercom said it would be a wait. I asked how long because I didn’t want to wait. He then changed the story to say the food was readily available. Get to the window and they ask me to pull up to a spot near the door and wait. EVERYONE that ordered behind me had to pull into a spot to wait. Eight cars and counting so far. Ridiculous! I normally go to the O’Fallon, IL location. Never an issue there. This Caseyville spot was a disorganized mess. Never again. Do not recommend.

I placed a take-out order and arrived just before the estimated ready time of 20 minutes. However, I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes before receiving my food. The chicken was quite unappealing, while the sides were just okay. KFC tends to be mediocre everywhere, but this location has unfortunately declined. The staff was friendly, but I suspect that understaffing and a lack of training contributed to my disappointing experience.

Caseyville KFC have a lot of lil kids in there on evening shift that don't like to work my food was horrible and then when I called back no one answered after a few times the manager called back I asked for his name he made a joke said dada and laughing ask me was I big mad I will not recommend this location to anyone y'all already high as hell then your food mess up is so disappointed.

Waited 20 minutes for the order after showing up on the pickup time, then they decided to share with me that they had an additional 15 minute wait on the 8 biscuits I ordered asked if i wanted to wait. Like, no I 'll just leave without what I paid for... So after almost an hour of being here still don 't have my food. Excellent ? Réservez une table maintenant

I wanted to share my experience. I just came from the restaurant a few minutes ago after making a purchase at the drive-thru. The woman at the window was fantastic. If the name on my receipt is correct, her name is Patti. She was wonderful and very friendly!

I asked for fries, they charged for them and then they told me that they didn't have to ask for another order, despite that I was waiting until they felt like serving me very badly -0
