We called to request a refund for the missing item and were told we needed to return to the restaurant to get it. It was a bit frustrating—not because of their response, but because it meant another hour-long drive back, and they would be closing in just 30 minutes. At that moment, I was so upset that I felt like I could take care of my 11-year-old. Despite my frustration, we made the trip back.
