I do have one concern: in the newer restaurants I've visited, the layout seems a bit off. While the decor is nice, the positioning of the overhead menu boards in relation to the counter and food preparation area makes it hard for customers to hear their orders clearly. Each time I've gone there, I've noticed customers repeating their orders due to the background noise from the fans and kitchen, which can be louder than the conversations at the counter. This is definitely a design flaw. If they were to reposition the menu boards, the overall experience would improve significantly.

Very rude drive thru staff. I am not one to leave bad reviews but it was ridiculous. I ordered and pulled up to the window where I was handed my food and I offered my card. Staff immediately said I 'm gonna need that back, I TOLD you at the speaker we are cash only and forecfully grabbed the food bag as if I was going to drive off with $9 worth of food even though I was actively passing it back through my window to her. Stopped at the KFC to grab a bite between EMS runs. The lobby was unlocked with someone sitting inside and the staffs kids running in and out of the store. I walked in the lobby to get a to go order and the staff was very rude yelling from the back it was drive through only. I tried explaining that the ambulance does not fit through the drive through I just wanted a order to go. The lady would not take my order still yelling drive through only.
the rude staff I've ever experienced. that was delicious. the service was terrible. I ordered an 8-part meal extra crispy. there were no signs that the lobby was closed. I had to drive to the car. that's good, but the labour force was short. had a posture and should probably work in the service industry

While some individuals may have their reservations about KFC for different reasons, this particular location consistently provides outstanding service. I've never experienced an incorrect order, and the food is always served promptly and tastes fantastic. What's not to appreciate?
The drive-thru service was extremely slow. It took an excessive amount of time for them to prepare the food. After placing her order and making the payment, we had to wait in a separate line to receive our meals. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
Order crispy chix sandwich tonight, supposed to be cooked to order, BARELY lukewarm. I love this sandwich, stop going to my pleasure chix place for several reasons, but disappointed with tonight 's sandwich. Do it right or don 't do it.
lol this is like the half of the size of the usual kfc famous bowl and all three of those I have ordered are so. they shorten me to all so that they no longer have to smh.

This restaurant was amazing! I truly enjoyed the food, and the staff appeared relaxed in the inviting atmosphere. The music was upbeat, and I really loved it!
The food here exceeded my experiences at most other restaurants I've been to. The service was also impressive.
