Very nice staff however Nice doesn?t get the job done certainly half or at least the majority of my ratings are evaluated by the courtesy and experience of my visits. This was a little different situation since recent Covid has taken over our society andeverything we do in life, cuz this visit was very late at night and the staff was more than comfortable operating with theamount of people there were a performed jobs. It was clear there was some overstaffing; it took five women to prepare my order, which was just a simple meal and a chicken sandwich. They even had to ask me twice what I ordered. When my chicken sandwich arrived, it came with pickles, even though I hadn’t requested them. I had to remind them several times regarding my order, particularly about the pickles. On a positive note, the employees were extremely friendly. It seemed they were all from the same country, as most of their conversations were in Spanish. KFC held a special place in my heart during my childhood. Over the years, I've noticed changes in their recipe. Whether it's due to sourcing chicken from other suppliers to cut costs or using different ingredients, the original flavors that used to delight my family have faded. Although I've decreased my visits to KFC, I recently decided to order from them for a quick family meal. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The flavors that once made our KFC dinners so enjoyable were noticeably absent. I honestly have no reason to return to KFC anytime soon.

Ordered online. Go through drive through to pick up, asked to come inside, I do. No one is attending guests. Finally a young man tries to help, just gives up and walks away. A woman is telling people to have patience. My order was supposed to be readyat 7:43 at 8:02, they tell me they have no chicken, I would have to wait 20-30 minutes longer. I ask to have ordered canceled, Manager didn't know how. Finally had to tell him to refund my card with a negative amount. Horrible service.

I ordered a 12-piece bucket of chicken but only received one breast, one thigh, and 10 legs. I requested one mashed potato with gravy and one without, but both were served without gravy. Also, the coleslaw was sour.
