Kfc - Réserver une table

2nd time I've gotten Coleslaw that was spoiled. On 6/23/22 I picked up a bucket of tenders 1 of the sides I chose coleslaw because I really liked KFC coleslaw. When I opened the container you could immediately tell it was going bad. Even though this was the 2nd time I didn't take it back cause my family didn't want to wait. Tried calling the restaurant but the line is constantly busy, even today. Not happy and definitely will not go back to this location ,(Franklin Park)

Every time I return to this place, I end up feeling disappointed. I know it's my own fault; if I don't check my order before leaving, it's almost always incorrect. Yesterday's issue was that they ran out of chicken—how surprising! They offered me crispy chicken instead, and I agreed. Later, they came back and asked if I would accept dark meat since they didn’t have enough white meat to complete the two dinners. I politely declined and decided to go to Wendy's instead.

I truly enjoy this restaurant, but it can be frustrating when it closes unexpectedly due to the managers’ decisions. What about customers who want to dine here but don’t use food delivery apps like GrubHub or DoorDash? Please consider the needs and preferences of all customers, not just your own! That said, I always find myself coming back.

I paid for the 16-part family meal. last time they gave me 2 big buckets with 8 big chickens each. today I went there hoping that I would get the same and they gave me an imer with 6 big chicken pieces up and the rest were tiny drumsticks on the bottom.

Worst customer service. 45 min for an order and this was for all chicken..what a joke!! Isn't KFC supposed to have chicken ready? At least some they stated they had none ready.Definitely need to contact corporate. And never to return here.

They upgraded the interior. The place looks very nice. The bathrooms were big and clean. The staff very friendly and accommodating. I miss the grilled chicken option though. Other than that, I don't have anything negative to say about it.

I make a special trip for this KFC because the staff is wonderful. I've been really impressed with the service during my recent visits. The food is delicious and served hot, and the employees are friendly. What more could you ask for?

I like kfc for their good and tasty chicken meals and their many page options. I especially like their marching potatoes and gravy because it tastes really good. great customer service and good food. Go on!
