Occasionally, I find myself craving KFC, and this location is the nearest to my home, even if it's a bit of a journey. Regardless, it’s always worthwhile! The restaurant is consistently clean and inviting. It has recently been renovated and boasts a great ambiance with some interesting artwork on the walls. I've never walked away feeling let down. The staff here are friendly and eager to assist, and they genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. It's evident that the owners take good care of their employees, and that positive environment really shows. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
This KFC has greatly improved since my first visit a year ago. At that time, they had trouble getting even three items of my order correct, and the food was barely warm. Now, they manage even the most complicated orders flawlessly—everything is served hot when it should be, and the cold items are at the appropriate temperature as well. I did see a customer driving the wrong way and blocking the entrance to pick up his 20-piece order without waiting in line, but overall, this KFC is doing an excellent job. I’m giving them an A!

Now, even complex orders are prepared correctly, with hot items served hot and cold items served cold. The only problem was a customer who entered the drive-thru the wrong way, blocking others while picking up a 20-piece order without waiting in line. Other than that, everything was excellent. I now rate this location an A for their service!
This was my first visit to this KFC in a year. Unfortunately, they couldn't even manage to get my order of 3 pieces right, and the food was barely warm. To make matters worse, a customer in a car drove the wrong way, blocking the entire line so they could pick up their 20 pieces without waiting. Great job, I would give you an A for this experience.

I love this place! The staff here are some of the most helpful I've ever encountered. They go above and beyond to ensure you're satisfied with the service at this KFC. I want to commend the person responsible for hiring such an excellent team. Having worked in food service for 30 years, I can say you’re doing a fantastic job. Thank you very much, MOON.
I ordered food online from location 4001, and a Mexican female employee racially profiled me. Despite me telling her my name multiple times, her behavior did not change. This issue needs to be addressed. Corporate should intervene and provide proper training to their employees to avoid potential lawsuits.
The food was God, but that was expected. What surprised me was their service, which was phenomenal Kudos to the management team for preparing the staff. Not something you see everyday
The food is good,but they don't offer sauces so be sure to ask for some before you leave!!????
