The three-piece meal would be much better if it actually included three pieces, rather than just one wing and a thigh. It would also be nice to have napkins included in the order for the drive home. I would appreciate being offered one or at least asked if I wanted one. It's frustrating to think about how to file a complaint without any proof of what I purchased. With gas prices being what they are, I really don't want to drive back just to get what I was supposed to have received in the first place.
7 pm, you would think they have everything avaliable. Friends and I go there to bet on what they don't have each night, nothing special, extra crispy or such things that should be avaliable. All I ordered was what was on there billboard 8 pieces of dark for 12. Could not do it! Gave me alternative tho. Said no thanks and and spent my winnings at Popeyes. By the way never tells me there out of anything. It's a shame your store in a great location is run so bad.
Ordered the spicy famous bowl meal and two chicken sandwiches no sauce with a small fry and drink. They only have us one drink, half a famous bowl that wasn’t spicy, both sandwiches had sauce and missing a small fry. Then came blamed it on us saying “that’s not what it says right here”. The person read the order back to us correctly but the receipt ended up wrong
What happened to the KFC i used to know and love as a kid? I cannot find any KFC locations with a decent google rating. I don't go to KFC anymore because the experience is always terrible no matter which location I go to. The colonel would be sad to know how down hill his KFCs have gone. We go to Cane's now, but i still miss the KFC i used to know.

Disappointing experience. I ordered my meal in advance and even called to confirm it was ready. When I arrived, I was told that it hadn't been prepared at all, despite the assurance I received. This was especially frustrating because the food was meant for cancer patients who have very few choices available to them.
My husband went through the drive-thru and picked up an 8-piece extra crispy meal, which came with mashed potatoes, green beans, coleslaw, and biscuits. The food was delicious, but they added pepper to most of the items, so be careful if you have any allergies! #pepperallergy
I ordered the fries, and they were fantastic! However, I faced a little difficulty with the manual doors when trying to enter with my grandson in a stroller, even though there was handicap parking available. It turned out to be quite an interesting experience!
How can a restaurant that specializes in chicken not have any chicken? We've been here two days in a row, and both times they told us, "We have no chicken." This place should really consider closing if they can't deliver on their main offering.
