At 9 pm I went to get some food here and I ordered two of the famous bowls combo and after I said what kind of drinks I wanted, the guy taking my order said to pull up to the window. Like dude I wasn 't finished ordering. I tried ordering the chicken sandwich on its own, but they didn 't have it and I tried to order two of the chicken littles, but they didn 't have that either so I simply said that 's it then. I used to work in the fast food industry and I know managers and higher ups want employees to sell anything a customer wants even if the store is 30 minutes away from closing. I get to the window, pay for my order, and wait. I get my order, but the guy doesn 't say have a wonderful nig...
The KFC located at 8:02 South Moore is disappointing. They never get my order right. I recently went there to get two pieces for my stepdaughter, specifically asking for drumsticks, but instead, I received a different order. I also asked for mashed potatoes without gravy, and they came with gravy on them. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I tried to call five times; they answered twice but then hung up, and I couldn't get through the other three times. I also requested two pot pies and only got one.
On April 3, 2024, I had another disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was terrible, extremely greasy, with small, overcooked chicken pieces that had a bland taste. I fear that this restaurant may suffer the same fate as Church's Chicken due to the poor quality of food. The franchise owners really need to improve the food quality. My previous visit last year was just as bad, with terrible chicken that had tasteless skin.
You stole our debit card! They swept it for payment, made small conversations as distraction, then we have the good we drove away not to realize that we did not return the card. The next day to see if they had it, they were very suspicious, then they used the map at Walmart! Some of these employees are their! It was a woman who took the map. The police report was prepared. Not God.

I truly hate having to write negative reviews, as they can have unexpected consequences. Unfortunately, this restaurant seems to suffer from poor management. While the staff appears to be working hard, the leadership is lacking. During my last two visits, after I placed my order for a bucket of chicken and paid for it, I was informed, “I’m sorry, but we’re out of chicken.” What?
I used to love KFC, my favorite place for chicken. I used to go there all the time until the prices increased and I started going less frequently. However, the staff at KFC is always nice and respectful.
They had slowly waited 15 minutes before an employee came and asked what I needed to order that they need to hire more people
Food tasted bad, did not get all the food and was told to drive around. No reciept given.

Service was great walked in greeted with a smile very friendly place.
Staff was friendly. Classic KFC items. Family enjoyed this outing.
