Frustrated, we decided to go to Popeyes instead, where we got 18 pieces of dark meat for just $17. It was delicious, and everyone was happy afterward. In summary, my experience at the KFC in LaBelle was unsatisfactory. I can't help but wonder how they expect to stay in business if they turn away customers like that. On the other hand, Wendy's was great when I visited, and they didn't reject any customers—they understand the importance of keeping business. Just a thought.
Given its affiliation with Taco Bell and its location in a small, occasionally crowded city, I believe they do a great job. On the rare occasions when we've encountered issues, they were promptly resolved with excellent service! The staff is consistently quick, and the food is always hot and fresh! I’m looking forward to seeing the renovated lobby and improvements.
