ehh.. I just can't stand a place where they'll keep a staff member that just yells at people and insults them like a middle schooler until they quit. It's extremely unprofessional and exhausting. I feel bad for the customers too, this place is cross contamination galore. I wouldn't eat here again even if it meant I were starving to death because I've already been food poisoned here twice. Don't even bother applying to work here either, they won't give you hours and they will fake respecting you up until you try to correct them. The back smells like sewage and there's black mold too. There's also water under tiles as well. Generally just not a sanitary place. Hey if you're a customer, I hope...

After months of not coming here since the last order mix up I decided to give it another go since everything around me was full of lines. Big mistake. They got my order wrong again, was rushing me to order because they wanted to close and I was the last car and order they had for the night. Which is completely wrong for a business. The customer is always right and priority regardless of the time. I ordered one meal and I didn't even get what I wanted. 1 star again and this showed me why I'll never come back even after I attempted to give you guys another chance to see if the customer service was fixed but, apparently not and not even for 1 meal they can get it right same as last time of why...
Ten minutes later, I went back inside only to find out that my order hadn’t even begun cooking yet. The manager spoke to the male chef in the back, explaining that he didn’t speak English. When I tried to ask him to cook a fresh sandwich, the manager shifted the blame entirely onto him and refused to take responsibility. I then requested a refund. Additionally, I noticed the staff preparing food without wearing gloves, which was the final straw for me. I also asked for a way to file a complaint, but the manager refused to provide any assistance. Overall, everything about this experience was negative. I sincerely hope the company takes action and makes necessary changes. I will not be retur...
I can't understand why I only visit KFC once every 3 or 4 years, because I always leave feeling happy, and this visit was no exception. The staff were incredibly friendly, appeared clean and professional, and ensured I had everything I needed. I ordered a kids meal along with a 3-piece box for just a little over $15. My daughter adored her kids meal, and my 3-piece was absolutely delicious. I really hope it won't be another 3 years before I return! Réservez une table maintenant
bad customer service ever. had a really bad experience for the first time, but decided to give them a second chance anyway. apparently they have a habit to make people in the car-dru park in the front and forget them. had to enter after my order and found people who were standing around when no one was in the car or in the load. Anyway, it would not recommend a few minutes more and go to the church past peoria.
The manager was extremely rude! I went through the drive-thru, and the manager claimed it was out of service, so I decided to go inside. During my order, he continued to be unhelpful and seemed like he didn't want to be there at all. If you're not interested in your job, it's better not to take it out on customers. I don't have a lot of options, but I will be heading to Green Valley next.
This KFC has a habit of making people go around to the front and wait because they said they're on a window timer. If you're on a timer then obviously the food should be done by the time that time is done but obviously something's wrong with this service here
