This review is not food related, but I just have to say that I am blown away by the customer service and the thoughtfulness of their employee Angie. My grandmother visited this location and went inside to order and she had accidentally left her cane here. Without realizing she went home and forgot all about it. The following day my grandmother found the cane sitting in her driveway with a note on it saying she had forgotten it at KFC. Angie went completely out of her way to drop this off and return this to my grandma. Angie we thank you so much for taking this upon yourself and going above and beyond. KFC thank you for having great employees like this!
I don't eat KFC frequently, and I work right across the street. I decided to grab some lunch around 7 PM on a Monday, but I only got the chance to eat it on my way home from work at 10:30 PM. When I took a bite of my mashed potatoes, I discovered a hair in it. It's frustrating because at every food establishment, employees are required to keep their hair tied up. So why don't the KFC workers do the same? I know I'll probably never get a refund, and because of this experience, I won't be returning to this KFC again.
Worst store/customer service ever. I ordered original and they only gave crispy. Went back they claimed they only have original. Asked for original the worker keep arguing that they only have original. Umm hello then why did you give me crispy?? They tookit back replace only one piece of original. Do you know the difference between original and crispy?? How can you claim to haveonly original but give out crispy??? Yike!!! Not to mentioned, cold mashed potatoes and gravy!
I visited the restaurant after work, hoping to grab a meal and use a coupon. Unfortunately, the woman with the nose ring who took my order was quite rude. I overheard her make an insensitive remark to another employee about my coupon, saying something along the lines of "These people always use coupons." To make matters worse, she also gave me the wrong drink, but I was too upset to bring it up. I can't believe she would say something so thoughtless.

Filthy. First noticed it as I visited the bathroom while my husband and kids ordered. Then noticed it everywhere. Food was greasy on the outside and chicken breasts were dry. The person packaging the food wore a glove but only on one hand. Got sick shortly after eating our order. Overall a terrible experience. Would NEVER go back. Owner and manager need to have that place inspected. Nasty
I arrived at 10:07 AM, expecting the restaurant to be open, but found people standing around with the "open" sign off and the doors locked. I waited until 10:20 AM, and it seemed very suspicious that they noticed me and then turned off the lights.
