This KFC is disappointing. We ordered from the menu expecting something different from our usual restaurants, but the fries were dry and cold, and the milkshakes were just liquid. I asked for a refund, but the staff said she couldn't do that. They replaced most of the food, but my husband, grandchildren, and I ended up feeling sick. Not even 10 minutes later, my grandchildren started vomiting during our trip. Meanwhile, my husband and I were both dealing with stomach pain. The next morning, another grandchild began to vomit. This KFC definitely needs to be inspected.
My husband went to pick up our dinner, requesting all dark meat. They told him none was available but that it would be ready soon. After waiting at least 20 minutes, he finally received the order and came home. Our 8-piece dark meat bucket included 2 legs, 2 wings, and 4 breasts, all cooked very crispy. I wish there was another option for fried chicken in town, but I guess the alternative is simply not to go there and opt for a burger, tacos, pizza, or hot dogs instead.
This KFC location is terrible, easily among the worst restaurants I've been to. The coleslaw was disgusting and appeared to have been sitting in a dirty container for weeks; parts of it were brown and slimy. Both the health department and KFC corporate should seriously think about closing this place down—it's a complete disgrace.
I don't know how this establishment is still open and running in Oakdale. Needs looked into. Staff are rude as can be. Take your business elsewhere. This KFC is not what is used to be! Don't bring your family here at all! Last resort go to Burger King lol

The staff at the drive-thru were friendly and quick to take our order. Although we had to wait outside for our food since they prepare burgers fresh upon ordering, it was worth the wait. The food was excellent, and the fries were outstanding!
Burgers were good fries weren't hot. They were not fresh and about half of them were just bits and pieces so hard you couldn't bite them. Kalici is in the wrong job cannot take care of customer complaints. She had a very bad attitude.
