By far the worse KFC I've dealt with. I live just about 4 minutes away from this particular store. I have Jack innthe Box and Panda one direction and this KFC, Del Taco, McDonald's and Subway the other direction. I chose this KFC because of the Mac And Cheese bowl commercial. I went through the drive thru about 4:17 on one occasion to order 3 bowls. 1 spicy and 2 original. I was told it would be 30 min for the spicy, so I said ok, just make them all original. I was then told it would be 40 minutes for them to make the Mac and cheese. So I said cancel the order and drove through and left. Now it's been about a month, so yesterday about 3:47 I try again. I asked for 2 original Mac and cheese bowls. Nope, not available. Ok, how about 2 strip meal combos. Nope, sorry we're out of that right now. So, once again....not getting my business anytime soon. This is absolutely the worse KFC I've visited ever.
The worse KFC in the West Valley I live right across the street and every time I go they are out of crispy chicken, mac cheese and coleslaw. The employers are always on their phone. Today I went in they were out of coleslaw and Mac cheese again but actually had crispy chicken they give me the crispy chicken I come home and it was super old and extremely greasy. Will definitely just continue to go to churches since they always have everything you ask for and chicken is always fresh. Don?t know why I decided to give this kfc another try done trying never again will I buy from them.
It was a great choice! My husband was afraid of the reviews, but I told him that some were done during or around the big pandemic time when things were crazy. Recently, it could be personnel problems, but can't say that. But we came in and there was no line, we were served, and I guess the lady didn't hit the root beer drink for us and it wasn't added to the receipt, but I heard they say. But we had a voucher and got a nice family meal that was like the bag says fingers lick good! And my husband has something for work tomorrow.
The worst experience no matter what time I go to. Ordered online through the app. Arrived 10min past the pick up time to be told that it would be 40min to get the extra crispy chicken that I ordered, but I could have regular if I waited 10 more min. This was after barely being acknowledged by the staff. I've tried another location nearby, but it's the same result. Always out of items or none available in the type that I want to order.
